Course Description
In Homeland Security, students will explore techniques to secure and protect people and infrastructure from natural and man made disasters. Students will look at a range of issues including cyber security, intelligence gathering, and local emergency planning that can be applied in their own community. Students will also learn to manage critical incidents through key protocols from the National Incident Management and the Incident Command System.
